See you at the CHW Symposium in Bangladesh!

The Supporting and Strengthening the Role Of Community Health Workers In Health System Development Thematic Working Group (CHW TWG) of Health Systems Global are excited to attend the 2nd International Symposium on Community Health Workers, which takes place in Dhaka, Bangladesh from 22 – 24 November 2019.

The CHW TWG chairs, David Musoke and Kingsley Chikaphupha, will be both be in attendance at the event, with David being part of the opening speeches for the symposium which we are all looking forward to hearing. We will also have our very own stall in the market place which we hope you will visit and find out more about our TWG. The market place is open from 10am – 4pm, so please do drop by.

We are delighted to be hosting a side session at the symposium (details below) and would love to see as many people there as possible. We are hoping this will be an informative discussion for anyone interested in supporting and contributing to our TWG.

We are particularly interested in hearing about presentations under the sub-theme of ‘CHWs in Special Situations’relating toCHWs in Fragile and Conflict Affect State (FCAS) contexts to help us plan a cross-TWG joint webinar.So please post any details on presentations around this theme to the TWG google groups (CHW TWG or FCAS TWG).
