HSG Twitter Live: how #HPSR can support #COVID19 responses to strengthen socially just health systems
At the Global Symposia on Health Systems Research, it is the conversations in between sessions, over lunches or in the marketplace that can bring about the most exciting and unexpected ideas and connections.
As HSR2020 goes virtual, to ensure these conversations do not get lost, Health Systems Global (HSG) took to Twitter Live. On 8 November, HSG Board Member, Lucy Gilson, and Emerging Voices for Global Health (EV4GH) Board Member, Prashanth Nuggehalli Srinivas, joined host Vivienne Benson of the HSG Communications Team for a discussion about the importance of health policy and systems research (HPSR) in short-term response to health shocks (such as Covid-19) and long-term transformational change.
