HSG receives Rockefeller Foundation grant for Fifth Global Symposium
We are pleased to announce that the Health Systems Global Secretariat has received a grant from The Rockefeller Foundation in the amount of 200,000 $US towards the costs of organizing the Fifth Global Symposium on Health Systems Research – which takes place from 8 – 12 October 2018 in Liverpool, UK – and towards consolidating sustainability of Health System Global. With this grant, The Rockefeller Foundation is a Silver Tier supporter.
The Rockefeller Foundation has provided support for all four previous Global Symposia and we are delighted that they continue to be a strong supporter of Health System Global and its biennial Global Symposia.
The Fifth Global Symposium will focus on “Advancing Health Systems for All in the SDG Era” and will facilitate conversations and collaborations on new ways of financing health; delivering services; and engaging the health workforce, new social and political alliances, and new applications of technologies to promote health for all.
