Doris Duke Charitable Foundation provides financial support for HSR2018
Health Systems Global is pleased to announce that this year’s Fifth Global Symposium on Health Systems Research (HSR2018) has received a generous grant from the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation (DDCF). This grant will contribute towards the cost of organizing HSR2018, with a significant amount of the funds being used to provide scholarships to sub-Saharan African researchers primarily from Ethiopia, Ghana, Tanzania, Rwanda, Mozambique, and Zambia, but also from other countries in the region.
The Doris Duke Charitable Foundation has provided support for previous Global Symposia and we are delighted that they continue to be a strong supporter of Health System Global and its biennial Global Symposia.
The Fifth Global Symposium will focus on “Advancing Health Systems for All in the SDG Era” and will facilitate conversations and collaborations on new ways of financing health; delivering services; and engaging the health workforce, new social and political alliances, and new applications of technologies to promote health for all.
We hope to see you in Liverpool on 8th to 12th October 2018 for the Fifth Global Symposium on Health Systems Research.
