Nafissatou works closely with the Boards of CAGH and HSG to lead organizational and operational management, such as governance, fundraising, policies development and implementation, public engagement, and membership oversight.

Sarah Brown, based at the Canadian Association for Global Health, leads on HSG events providing logistical and program support to the Global Symposia and HSG Thematic Working Group events.

Nanuka is responsible for overseeing HSG's portfolio on capacity strengthening for the conduct of Health Policy and Systems Research (HPSR), as well as partnerships and engagement with organization donors and partners. She works closely with HSG Thematic Working Groups and Regional Networks to disseminate knowledge and organize capacity-strengthening activities on regional and global levels.
